CHF currently pays the full cost of the medical, dental and vision insurance premiums for our employees and their dependents.
CHF also pays the full cost of the following benefits for our employees:

Employees can also purchase additional life insurance or long-term care insurance through our providers at a discounted rate.
Retirement Plan
CHF maintains a 401k plan for its full-time employees, and contributes an amount equal to 10% of the employee’s base salary to their account each year.
No employee match is necessary, though we do offer automatic, pre-tax payroll deductions for employees who wish to regularly contribute to their retirement accounts.
Leave Options
Annual Leave: 15 paid business days per year.
Sick Leave: 10 paid business days per year.
Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year (combination of
Bank Holidays: Upon supervisor approval, option to “bank” holidays for future use within 30 days if required to work on an official holiday.
Home Leave: An additional 2 weeks of paid vacation, as well as airfare for the employee and eligible dependents, to the home of record after 2 years of service abroad.
Rest and Recuperation: In certain hardship countries, CHF provides regular R&R trips to help employees cope with the stresses of their location.
Additional Benefits
Field Allowances: CHF provides temporary housing, long-term living quarters, utilities, home country storage, shipping, education (in accompanied assignments), and settling-in allowances for our field-based employees.
Training & Professional Development: CHF may pay a portion of the cost for work-related educational activities and conferences.
Direct Deposit: Available for easy, quick access to payroll checks.
Continued Health Insurance: While not mandated by law, CHF allows employees to choose to continue health coverage at group rates following separation from employment.
