Afghanistan

CHF programs in Afghanistan focus on providing much needed assistance to vulnerable households through improvements in shelter and livelihoods.

India

In the Indian cities of Pune, Bangalore and Nagpur, up to half of residents live in rapidly expanding slums. The SCALE-UP program is bringing together community organizations, NGOs and local governments to improve the living conditions and future opportunities of slum residents.

Indonesia

Since 2005, CHF's programs in Indonesia have focused on emergency response and long-term recovery for disaster-affected communties in Aceh, Java and Padang.

Mongolia

CHF International’s work in Mongolia focuses on improving quality of life by supporting local entrepreneurship and facilitating employment opportunities for peri-urban and rural residents through business and cooperative development.

Pakistan

After the devastating floods in 2010, CHF is assisting with the post-flood recovery by providing durable shelters to flood-affected families.
